Our main services include: specialist dog & cat grooming; visiting and pet sitting your cats, dogs & other pets in their own homes while you’re away, or simply too busy and walking dogs throughout London.
We have a team of dog walkers covering virtually the whole of London and have been walking dogs throughout the capital since 1999.
It is our philosophy that, unless otherwise requested, our dog walkers only go out with one owner’s dog or dogs at a time.
All our dog walkers are professionally trained, security vetted and insured.

Testimonial from a customer
Helia Lotzfeld & her domestic cats Beauty & Tigra, 15 March 2012
Madelaine and the CDPOM team have been caring for my two cats at home regularly over the past two years, often at very short notice.
I would like to say a big thank you for making it possible for me to travel without having to worry about them by staying in touch and keeping me updated while I am away.
Your services are professional and friendly, delivered by a team which is clearly very experienced in pet care.
Our London-wide team of cat loving carers has been looking after cats in their own homes since 1999.
Looking after cats in their own homes is recommended by the experts, including those of the Cats Protection League, because cats are territorial, and much of their feeling of security and ability to relax comes from being surrounded by the familiar sights, sounds and scents of their own territory.
It’s simple, you book our service, we arrange a one-to-one meeeting to take down all your details and to meet your pets and then we start looking after your pets when you go away.
How we operate
Before we start looking after your pets and your property, we will arrange a personal interview for you to discuss your requirements in detail and face to face.
This not only enables you to meet us, but for us to meet you and your pets and to find out exactly what you would like us to do in your absence.
We are very flexible about the times we can meet so can fit in easily with your timetable. If you would like to visit us our headquarters, including dog day-care & pet boarding facility, is open between 7am and 7pm daily.

The Home Visiting & Dog Walking Services
Once we have begun caring for your pets in your home we complete a comprehensive daily log to keep you informed about just what’s been happening while you’ve been away – especially what your cats, dogs and other pets may have been up to while you’ve been away.
On your return, because all our carers are fully insured and security vetted and our premises are fully secure, we can hold on to your keys in case of any emergencies, if you so desire. This can be particularly useful in case of emergencies, or for repeat visits.
You never know, you might have to go away in a hurry or you might need someone to check your home if you’re out all day – and none of us like to leave our cats, dogs and other animals uncared for.
We’ve also been asked to rescue customers who have locked themselves either inside or outside their properties!
As well as visiting your home and your pets while you?re away or simply too busy Cats, Dogs & Peace of Mind also offers a London-wide, live-in house and pet-sitting service.
You may be going on holiday, having a short break or a long hospital stay, or you may have to be away on business.
What we offer is peace of mind.
When our carers house sit what they do is watch over your dogs, cats or other pets and your home, property and possessions. The presence of one of our security-vetted, fully insured carers living in your home ensures enhanced security.
Our tailor-made services are designed to suit your requirements. With this in mind we offer three tiers and tariffs:
Daycare, which covers eight hours during daytime where the carer stays in the customer’s home and looks after and exercises the pet/pets.
Overnight stays, which cover a minimum 24-hour period where the carer stays in the customer’s home and looks after the pet/pets and home as the customer would if he/she/they were working – i.e. the carer will be away for no more than eight hours (but no more than four hours at any one time) in any 24-hour period.
24-hour stays, which again cover a minimum 24-hour period but this time where the carer will be away for no more than two hours in any 24-hour period.
This means there is no need to put your pets in kennels or catteries, as your home and your animals are safe and secure in our hands. We can even water your plants.
The Cats, Dogs & Peace of Mind promise
