TO PROVIDE customers with even more detail about the care of their pets and their homes Cats, Dogs & Peace of Mind has introduced a new tick list to complement the daily log sheet.

This enables customers to see exactly what has been done while CDPOM carers have been attending their animals.

Jobs covered by the new sheet include whether post has been collected, window and door security has been checked, a pet has been groomed, the litter tray has been changed and the area surrounding cleaned.

Further enhancements are also being reviewed following a successful customer survey.
