Daycare
Daycare covers eight hours during daytime where the carer stays in the customer’s home and looks after and exercises the pet/pets.

Overnight stays
Overnight stays cover a minimum 24-hour period where the carer stays in the customer’s home and looks after the pet/pets and home as the customer would if he/she/they were working – i.e. the carer will be away for no more than eight hours (but no more than four hours at any one time) in any 24-hour period.

House-sitting 24-hour stays
House-sitting 24-hour stays, which again cover a minimum 24-hour period but this time where the carer will be away for no more than two hours in any 24-hour period

Important information
More than one dog or two cats incur extra charges of £2.94 per pet.
All prices include VAT at 17.5%. A 50% deposit of the house sitting/first week’s walking or visiting programme is payable at the outset. The outstanding charges need to be paid as per CDPOM’s standard 7-day terms. Payments can be made in cash or by cheque made payable to CDPOM, or by electronic transfer to sort code 20-31-52, account number 70485616, or on www.cdpom.com via PayPal.
With a trip to the vet the basic price is for the call out. An additional £11.75 will be charged for each extra hour. Any emergency fees CDPOM has to pay will be invoiced to the customer.
Homes in Controlled Parking Zones, or affected by the Congestion Charge zone, or on Red Routes will incur additional fees unless permits are supplied or the charges paid in advance.
Additional fees may be charged for other requests such as applying medication to pets, or for taking care of unusual numbers of animals, or animals requiring extraordinary attention.
