She is also expert in cat grooming.
Louise’s promise
As standard, every pet booked in for one of CDPOM Salon’s Full Groom or the “in between haircuts” MOT Groom will receive a full 4-legged health & well-being check, including a weigh-in, tailored to the needs of each dog or cat.
We only use natural/herbal products and insecticidal shampoo. We also stock a range of supplies and provide some easy to follow tips on keeping your dog’s coat in tip-top condition.
The Salon’s services
Among the many Dog Grooming services & treatments to be provided by Louise at CDPOM’s London Salon are:
Quick Groom
The Quick Groom, from £15 (large breeds cost more!), will include:
- Dead hair removal (No shampoo)*
- Thorough brushing out of coat
For and extra £5 ear cleaning, nail clipping and a refreshing splash of cologne spritz to finish can be added.
Specialist Cat Grooming
Our specialist cat grooming for cats already in fair or good condition includes a thorough pre-shampoo brushing, shampoo & conditioning, and fluff drying. Small matts will be removed by clipping.
While it’s possible to groom most cats, we can only do as much as the cat allows. Cats in a badly matted condition and cats with nervous dispositions cannot be groomed.
If a cat is very aggressive or easily stressed we recommend sedated grooming by a vet.
Prices for cat grooming start from £30 including VAT
The “in-between haircuts” MOT Groom***
The MOT Groom without Styling, from £25, is a regular mini groom to help prevent matting and keep your dogs coat in tip top condition between each Full Groom . This is particularly beneficial to all double coated breeds, including German Shepherds, Huskies and Golden Retrievers. And unlike the Brush Through includes 2 shampoos and a coat conditioning. All shampoos & conditioners used are especially chosen to suit your dog’s skin and coat type.
The MOT includes:

- Nail trim
- In-between pads and paw trim
- Ear cleansing, with plucking if necessary
- Gentle eye cleaning
- Two shampoos with specially formulated shampoos to match your pet’s skin and coat type**

These include coat condition, how well the coat has been maintained between visits, time between grooming sessions, temperament of the pet, etc. This can be discussed on arrival with your pet.
Please note that our original price assessment will always be honoured & you will never pay more than the upper price limit dependent on an accurate and honest description of your pet being provided.
