Cancellation Fees
To ensure quality of service we have had to introduce cancellation fees. For home visiting customers, for example, if a period of care is booked but canceled with less than 48 hours notice, 25% of the booking fee will be charged. If a dog walk is canceled with less than 24 hours notice a £17.75 fee will be charged – equivalent to one standard dog walk.
When customers give us their card details they will still have the choice how they pay – by cash, electronic bank transfer, payment via PayPal, or by card. But if payment is not received within the maximum of seven days of the invoice date the card details will be used to take payment of any outstanding bill. Paying in advance or providing card details will guarantee the service you request.
