Reckless Rebel learns a lesson
An inquisitive eight-month-old German Shepherd had to be rescued after getting his head stuck in a hole in a wall.
The dog, called Rebel, who managed to fit his head through the 18-inch block wall in Desert Hot Springs, California, whimpered and barked until a friend of his owner heard him and called the County Animal Services.
During the 30-minute rescue Rebel made it clear to the officers? when he was uncomfortable and would stiffen his hind legs to assist as they pulled him out, James Huffman of Riverside County Animal Services said.
